Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our Access and Extraction product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving the roadmap, strategy, and execution of solutions that empower law enforcement and investigative agencies to access and extract critical digital evidence from a wide range of sources.

This Leader will oversee a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver innovative, secure, and mission-critical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in product lifecycle management, customer-centric development, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges with real-world impact.

NOTE: Candidate must reside in The United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Access and Extraction portfolio, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
  • Portfolio Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple products, ensuring cohesive development, positioning, and delivery across platforms.
  • Customer Insight: Engage deeply with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand pain points, workflows, and emerging needs in digital forensics and investigative environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
  • Product Team Collaboration: Work closely with other product management leaders to ensure alignment across portfolios, share insights, and drive a unified product strategy.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and maintain market leadership.
  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
  • Travel: 25%.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
  • Proven success managing complex, technical product portfolios in security, forensics, or enterprise software.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience working with Law Enforcement, Government, or regulated industries.
  • MBA or advanced Degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

  • Compensation Range:
  • MIN: $171,500 - MID: $245,000 - MAX: $294,000 USD
  • MIN: $163,100 - MID: $233,000 - MAX: $279,600 CAD
