We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Product leader to drive our product development efforts in support of our direct-to-consumer growth team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer sales and marketing processes. As a Product Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, and design, to create and deliver exceptional products for the sales and marketing teams to support achieving growth targets including providing sales pipeline insights and improving data quality where needed, developing sales automation leveraging AI, and designing and build best in class experiences for the sales and marketing team.

Essential Job Functions for this role include:

  • Product Development Leadership: Take charge of product development, ensuring that projects are executed on time with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Resource Allocation and Task Delegation: Prepare business cases for high impact projects, allocate resources, and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor product development progress, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Hands-on where needed: comfortable rolling up sleeves and diving into Salesforce tasks including configuration, building flows, and willingness to troubleshoot issues, address user queries, and provide timely support to the sales team
  •  Product Definition: Work closely with clients to fine-tune product briefs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • UX Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams to produce product wireframes, emphasizing a strong design sense and familiarity with user-centric design practices and principles.
  • Iterative Improvement: Continuously identify weaknesses in sales process and platforms and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback from clients, designers, and engineers, and adapt product specifications accordingly.
  •  Efficiency and Scalability: Drive efficiency within the sales team through process automation and improved user experience and adoption of tools.
  • Business Growth Optimization: Optimize existing sales motions to drive business growth.

Additional Requirements:

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing data and using it to inform product decisions.
  • User-Centric Design: Familiar with design processes such as Ideo Design Thinking and experience building user centric experiences that drive product adoption.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and integration points.
  •  Industry Knowledge (Wealth Management): Familiarity with the wealth management industry, including trends, regulations, and client needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  •  Experience: 6-10 years of experience in product management.
  • Leadership Skills: Evidence of strong leadership skills and creativity.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including fluency in SQL and/or SOQL.
  • CRM: Experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud or Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales) a must.

Work Schedule:

This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This role is fully remote role with occasional travel required (1-2 times per year)

Working Conditions:

The professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation.
