- A hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to shifting priorities and new challenges.
- A collaborative partner, eager to work across teams and disciplines to deliver outstanding results.
- Someone who values data-driven decision-making and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
- An empathetic mentor committed to developing diverse, high-performing teams.
Your Skillset:
- Deep familiarity with end-to-end product fulfillment operations, including content delivery & distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and process improvements.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms and automation tools to optimize fulfillment workflows.
- Clear and proactive communicator across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and driving projects to successful, on-time completion.
Your Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, digital content & delivery, or related operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of scaling fulfillment or logistics operations in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners, such as product, engineering, customer support, and finance.
- Background in implementing process improvements, technology solutions, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Here are your responsibilities and expected outcomes:
- Design and execute a comprehensive product fulfillment strategy that supports our growth goals and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of onshore and offshore fulfillment professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and high performance.
- Develop and optimize processes for order management, inventory accuracy, shipping, and returns to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Implement and continuously improve technology solutions and automation tools to streamline fulfillment operations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track fulfillment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product, engineering, and customer support on fulfillment-related initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the fulfillment lifecycle, driving solutions that enhance resilience, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
