- Develop a standardized intake framework that can be applied across all domains to handle incoming work requests consistently.
- Partner with domain leads, product owners, engineers and partners to understand domain specific needs and pain points related to intake, scope and prioritization
- Establish criteria and templates to define scope, at the point of intake ensuring clarity on resources, goals and constraints.
- Create and maintain a prioritization model to support decision making on what work gets scheduled and when
- Implement a standard set of portfolio management tools, templates, and practices to be used across programs creating consistency and transparency for the engaged teams.
- Maintain a repository or dashboard to track intake status, decisions and rationale ensuring visibility and dispositions. Partner with data and tooling teams to define and implement actionable reports for senior leadership
- Develop strong relationships with associates and leaders across EPTech to proactively identify risks and opportunities for horizontal thinking
- Drive adoption through clear communication, training and documentation. Act is the intake process champion.
- Develop a collaborative culture based on transparency and partnership
