ATI Advisory is currently seeking a Director to join our company. 

ATI is at an exciting juncture in our growth, and we’re seeking a Director to join our team. The ideal candidate is a policy expert who is eager to deliver meaningful solutions to private and public sector clients related to Medicare Advantage, Special Needs Plans, and/or Medicaid managed care; has working experience with Medicare and Medicaid, federal and state policy; and has interest in growing with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and serving as trusted, go-to resource for clients, including building and strengthening our relationships with clients and the value and insights we deliver to them, and thinking holistically across a client’s portfolio to deliver client excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects including project teams, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead policy analysis, policy education, and related technical assistance efforts health plans and vendor solution partners on issues related to Medicare and Medicaid policy, organizational performance, and growth and retention strategy.
  • Build, deepen, and strengthen the value we deliver to clients and our relationships with them.
  • Contribute to business development through participation in project scoping calls and proposal writing in addition to developing new client relationships and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Contribute substantially to the mission and impact through strategic guidance, content creation, and as appropriate public speaking/representation of ATI.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with preference for experience working in a federal agency, state agency, or managed care organization.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or programs serving dual eligible individuals including experience with and an appreciation for the role of federal, state, and local policy, as well as an understanding of how policy interacts with product strategies and managed care functional areas.
  • Solid experience leading complex projects, engaging with (internal or external) clients, delivering high quality policy analysis and recommendations.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and knowledge across a broad range of projects and sectors.
  • Skilled at navigating and adapting recommendations based on external and internal political sensitivities impacting clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate to different audiences and stakeholders, including strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive level clients.
  • Strong consulting aptitude, including the ability to lead a dynamic portfolio of projects and clients, apply critical, strategic thinking and knowledge across broad range of Medicare and Medicaid topics, and ensure client services excellence.
