THE TEAM
Our team is responsible for integrating and implementing partner contract deliverables for Live Nation Sponsorship and Ticketmaster on Live Nation owned and operated ticketing platforms in Global markets. We are the primary contacts for Live Nation Sponsorship division partners and Sponsorship teams across the Ticketmaster business platforms.
THE JOB
In this role you will be knowledgeable about the business and our strategic goals. You will work with your team and other technology and business leads to ensure projects and programs are aligned and prioritized to support strategic initiatives within specific business verticals. You will manage a team of project and program managers in a mixed methodology environment, and will work together to provide a consistent, reliable service to sponsors, stakeholders, colleagues and the Global Live Nation Sponsorship Team. You will provide advice, coaching and support on all aspects of teamwork, project and program management, governance and control, methodologies and organization of the business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Responsible for definition, planning, execution and closure of programs or large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment across multiple engineering teams
- Identify and resolve changes in program / project scope, schedules and resource requirements
- Proactively identify and communicate risks; work with subject matter experts and external clients to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Track portfolio metrics and maintain accountability for delivery and work with sponsors and the Live Nation Sponsorship Executive team to provide strategic and tactical advice on planning and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
- Comfortable with complexity and with a high level, contextual perspective and understanding to fulfill a strategic objective that can meet Sponsorship Division expectations.
- Ability to bridge communication and provide clear and concise status updates with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders and Sponsorship partners
- Own tracking and resolution of team blockers and issues
- Maintain accurate project reporting information and up-to-date project assets and metrics
- Provide accurate and up-to-date financial forecasts
- Able to adjust delivery approach, language and level of detail to meet Sponsorship partner needs.
- Able to walk delivery teams thru various assessments, track outcomes, identify areas for improvement and demonstrate improvements at a future assessment
- Recruit, manage, and develop project and program managers, hold regular 1-2-1s and performance management reviews, agree on personal objectives and be able to translate performance improvements into financial values
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years of experience in Client Management
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale, complex, cross discipline technology projects, including scope definition, schedule development and management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
- Experience with Continuous Delivery preferred
- Understanding of relevant technical concepts and design
- PMP certification is a plus
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus
- Working knowledge of both Jira and Confluence a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:
$161,000.00 USD - $202,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
