What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, insights-driven people leader to join our Revenue Marketing team as the Director of Performance Media. In this role you’ll lead global strategy and execution of media programs across both online and offline channels with a relentless focus on driving pipeline. This role is critical to achieving our organizational growth goals across our portfolio of products and services.

What Will You Do?
  • Lead development and execution of strategic recommendations that aligns with business goals, marketing objectives, and drives pipeline growth
  • Provide input on segmentation and translate target persona definitions into target audiences for use across media channels
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and Field Marketing teams on account-based strategies and programming
  • Develop a learning agenda aimed at improving our understanding of performance across key dimensions (channel, creative, tactics, audience, offer, LPO, etc.)
  • Oversee and support the execution of media campaigns across channels
  • Work closely with Analytics teams to identify drivers of performance, and optimize programs to exceed stated goals across programs, channels, and geographies
  • Utilize customer, market research, and performance data, to develop actionable insights that fuel marketing strategies and messaging
  • Build and nurture a team of media practitioners in the development of a best-in-class media capability
  • Participate as a strategic advisor, providing leadership and guidance across marketing and the business
  • Set and raise the bar for what ‘great’ looks like in a media function
  • Ensure alignment and timely approval of plans of record for execution with marketing leadership and other stakeholders
  • Work in a global capacity, coordinating with regional field marketing and sales teams
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated media programs and campaigns with at least 10+ years of experience
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT infrastructure, and selling into technical audiences
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Agile leader with the ability to operate as player and coach as the team grows
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics, audience insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making, strategy, and media optimization
  • Proven ability to execute a rapid experimentation model and test into what works (growth mindset)
  • Strong bias for action and ability to get programs off the ground and across the line
  • Working knowledge of key marketing technologies and how they can be used to provide strategic advantage
  • Experience working in a global capacity a plus

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$174,800$230,000 USD
