Job Summary:
TradeCentric is seeking a performance-focused Director with experience in the B2B eCommerce and/or eProcurement markets to help grow our Partnerships programs. The Director of Partnerships will own leveraging our existing partner relationships in both the B2B eCommerce and eProcurement arenas to drive strategic customer acquisition and tighter relationships with our key partners across these markets. Existing partners include Adobe, Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa and Mirakl, among others.  

The Director will also develop and execute strategies to drive partnerships with systems integrators and leading tech-enabled agencies, in addition to exploring ways to leverage our volume of inbound partnership demand.   

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will work across the marketing, product management and sales teams to develop and execute global partner-focused go-to-market strategies and programs to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for TradeCentric.  

The successful candidate must have a proven track record driving the acquisition of new customers through partnerships coupled with deep experience in our target markets - B2B eCommerce and/or eProcurement. This includes successful experience working with an ecosystem of partners and demonstrated success in establishing successful strategic partner programs with trackable business results.

Report To: VP of Sales

Pay Range: Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, with OTE of $170,000-$210,000. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in the below city/states, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role’s qualifications. Essential Functions:

  • Develop a documented partner development plan to be approved by the Executive Leadership Team
  • Continuously execute against the mission of developing and implementing successful partner programs across our core markets that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Develop differentiated joint value propositions with key partners
  • Work with strategic partners to develop and execute joint marketing plans with a focus on leveraging their field sales resources and delivering measurable results
  • Develop sales tools enabling partners to sell TradeCentric products and deliver partner enablement training
  • Create scalable lead generation campaigns aligned to specific partner programs
  • Plan, organize and justify investment ROI for key partner events (e.g., webinars, conference participation)
  • Design measurement systems and techniques to ensure closed-loop reporting of business results of new customers and partner-sourced revenue
  • Manage partner marketing development funds and referral fees, including allocation strategy and ROI tracking
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Sales, BDR teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. service providers, ecommerce providers, industry partners, TradeCentric customers)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • 5+ years in partner program management for successful players in B2B eCommerce or eProcurement
  • Ideally hands-on experience in sales and / or business development positions with demonstrated results in strategic customer acquisition 
  • Highly-motivated, hands-on leader eager to take ownership and manage strategic partner programs 
  • Strong team player who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and third parties
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong presentation capabilities
