ClickHouse is redefining what’s possible in real-time analytics and AI data infrastructure. We’re seeking a seasoned business development and alliances leader to own and scale our strategic partnership with AWS globally. You’ll serve as the owner of this partnerships — driving strategic alignment, joint GTM execution, and revenue growth. This is a quota-carrying role, directly accountable for delivering partner-sourced and partner-influenced incremental revenue through AWS.The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and executive presence to engage product, field, and partner leadership at both hyperscalers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead ClickHouse’s global alliance strategy with AWS, managing senior executive and field relationships across sales, engineering, and partner organizations.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the partnerships i.e. strategic planning, joint business execution, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Carry a revenue quota tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings, ensuring measurable contribution to ClickHouse’s overall growth.
  • Identify, develop, and execute joint business opportunities through marketplace transactions, co-sell initiatives, funding programs, and field alignment.
  • Build a repeatable rhythm with hyperscaler’s field teams to generate new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Partner with ClickHouse sales leadership to drive joint pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and revenue attainment.
Who You Are
  • Seasoned Partnership Leader: 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at cloud services or SaaS companies.
  • Hyperscaler Expertise: Proven track record managing AWS partnership, with hands-on experience driving co-sell and marketplace revenue.
  • Quota-Carrying Experience: History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets tied to partner-sourced and influenced bookings.
  • Commercially Savvy: Deep understanding of co-sell frameworks, partner incentives, and joint GTM motions that drive measurable growth.
  • Technically Fluent: Ability to grasp and communicate enterprise software, analytics, and cloud infrastructure concepts clearly.
  • Strategic + Tactical Operator: Equally comfortable defining a long term roadmap and rolling up sleeves to execute next-quarter deliverables.
  • Executive Communicator: Exceptional presentation and relationship skills; can engage senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Negotiator & Influencer: Adept at structuring complex agreements, securing funding, and navigating partner matrix organizations.
  • Self-Starter with Grit: Operates autonomously, overcomes obstacles, and delivers results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

$275,000$320,000 USD
The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is
$300,000$350,000 USD
Compensation

For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as Los Angeles, CA, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, the Seattle, WA, Area, and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.

These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably and in good faith believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation may be higher or lower than the amounts listed, and the ranges may be subject to future adjustments.

An individual’s placement within the range will depend on various factors, including (but not limited to) education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and the needs of the business or organization.
