What you'll work on
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive adoption of Circle's products in the region.
- Lead relationships with top-tier enterprise accounts including banks, neobanks, wallets, fintechs, and custody providers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to align solutions with partner goals.
- Validate market opportunities, contribute to go-to-market plans, and ensure strong product-market fit with partners.
- Build and execute partner enablement strategies to expand stablecoin usage and transaction volume.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation programs focused on accelerating Time to Value (TTV).
- Serve as an advocate for Circle's platform, educating partners on capabilities and driving feature adoption.
- Drive campaign strategy and execution to fuel engagement and shared outcomes.
- Navigate complex partner orgs and develop relationships at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate on partnership deal structures and growth frameworks with Business Development.
- Capture and share partner insights to continuously inform Circle's go-to-market approach and roadmap.
- Proactively manage escalations and drive operational excellence across post-sales lifecycle.
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing enterprise partnerships, with a focus on long-term growth and success.
- Demonstrated ability to own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
- Deep understanding of customer success frameworks and commercial relationship management.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence product and strategy decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills; comfortable operating at all organizational levels.
Preferred Requirements
- Background in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
- Familiarity with blockchain and digital assets; ability to engage in both technical and commercial discussions.
- Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage environment with a builder's mindset.
