Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations for a fast paced, high growth life science company with operations in the US and Asia

Areas of responsibility include:

Oversee Office Operations, Administration and IT and supporting research and manufacturing operations

Develop and manage plans to ensure continual business operations support and performance improvement

Leverage knowledge, technology, and vendors to work on projects to improve process, utilization, productivity and support for all employees and company operation

Contribute to the strategic planning process

Create and manage the annual corporate budget for related operations

Develop, recommend, and enforce company policy and procedures

Liaise with heads of the business to properly support their needs for growth

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or above is required.  

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of related experience

Successful Candidate Requirements: 

• Leadership, motivational and employee relations skills

• Strategic and Tactical Planning Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to handle a wide scope of responsibility (Operations, HR, Financial, IT, Administrative, etc.)

• Knowledge and experience managing people, systems, and technology in the areas of Operations, H/R, Finance, IT, and Administration.

• Sound administrative, management, and leadership attributes and skills

• Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with diverse personalities – tactful and mature

• Ability to make informed business and management decisions

• Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
