Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
Role:
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions/distributors and merchants/advertiser. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, enabled by our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.
Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant/advertiser network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and is currently seeking a Director of Offers Transformation, Strategy and Operations to join our product organization. Offers is seeking an experienced individual to join our product organization and be accountable for leaning into our existing business and redefining and evangelizing our long-term vision. Reporting into VP, Global Offers, this leader will focus on defining and managing our strategic approach across transformational activities working alongside functional and regional partners to ensure advancement towards our vision. This role will have high visibility across the enterprise given the strategic importance to Mastercard Services and requires the ideal candidate to have a proven track record collaborating with non-technical and technical partners, presenting in front of senior executives, and being a thought leader for external clients. This individual must be comfortable with ambiguity, can act with a sense of urgency, and can respond effectively to market/competitive positioning.
- Lead Offers Transformation working alongside functional partners to ensure advancement and progress towards our vision (including project management duties)
- Defines scope of work for Offers transformation ensuring focus across partners
- Partners closely with new product development to evangelize new capabilities that extend across channel/distribution
- Leads competitive intel across media network/advertiser players including briefs, battlecards, and strategic differentiators
- Manages and develops materials required for senior executive meetings both internally and externally
- Partners closely with other Offers Transformation leads to ensure succinct storytelling and market positioning for internal and external audiences
- Track record of managing successful teams
About You:
- Background experience in product, advertising, ad-tech, product development, start up
- Experienced in project management, ensuring tracking of key milestones and deliverables
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently
- Strong people management experience
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, fostering trust with both internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to act with persistent and relentless sense of urgency
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives, both internally and externally
- Strong competency preparing presentation materials with strong storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred
