- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline, and CRM data to facilitate transparency and drive growth
- Lead discovery to understand client challenges and use cases
- Adapt to unique challenges
- Position our supply side offering as a strategic solution for CTV ad decisioning, yield optimization and measurement
- Understand client pain points and communicate technical value to both commercial and technical decision makers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation
- Collaborate with internal product teams to shape client solutions and support onboarding
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and strategic sales KPIs
- Provide market feedback to inform go-to-market strategy and competitive positioning
- Advocate for scalable solutions on behalf of your customers
- Display consistent and dependable decision making in complex fast paced environments
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in ad tech (SaaS) sales, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure/platform sales (ad servers, SSP, DSP, video tech)
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders
- Highly proactive, taking the initiative to identify opportunities with prospects
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem and monetization workflows, including buy side and sell side technologies
- Proven success selling to streaming publishers, broadcasters, or digital video platforms
- Familiarity with concepts like server-side ad insertion (SSAI), yield optimization, and ad podding
- Self-starter who creates urgency and thrives in fast-moving environments
- Fast learner and able to grasp and communicate new industry, technology or product changes
- Able to travel as needed for industry conferences or key in person meetings
- Experience managing long strategic sales cycles
- High emotional intelligence (EQ); adaptable
- Excellent collaboration skills within matrixed organizations
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree required
