Job Description

NATIONAL PROGRAM

Lead negotiations, drafting, and management of contracts with creators and related stakeholders to ensure agreements that are beneficial to all parties.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all agreements adhere to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, minimizing potential risks for the company.

Establish and nurture key relationships within the industry (e.g., agencies, platforms, management teams) to promote education about Red Bull’s distinctive approach to the creator economy and build long-term, strategic partnerships. Maintain industry connections to enable partnerships that align with Red Bull’s marketing goals.

Develop and implement efficient processes for contract renewals, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluating the success of partnerships, in collaboration with relevant teams.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the creator marketing landscape, providing valuable insights to guide business decisions.

Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on contract status, compliance, and the overall impact of creator marketing initiatives on business performance.

Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal departments, to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices for influencers and creators to sustain a competitive advantage.

LEADERSHIP 

Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with agents, managers, organizations and platforms, fostering trust and collaboration.

Identify, implement and manage Creator partners at Red Bull events, 3rd Party supported events and bespoke events/projects that feed into the overall Creator Marketing plan.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

Monitor, track, and report on the performance of nationally contracted creator activations, providing insights and business recommendations.

Employ data-driven insights to guide industry strategy and enhance future creator partnerships.

Share industry knowledge and best practices with the marketing team.

Develop and apply standards and toolkits for Creator Marketing within RBNA, while overseeing usage and process improvements to ensure effective standardization.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic about the creator space with a minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with talent, ideally including some legal or compliance responsibilities.

10+ years of professional experience, preferably in business affairs, legal, and/or compliance.

Strong understanding of social media and consumer behavior trends.

Proven ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

A creative mindset combined with an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented attitude.

Deep alignment with the Red Bull brand and familiarity with Red Bull products.

Charismatic personality with a "winning and energetic" demeanor that attracts engagement and business opportunities.

Comprehensive knowledge of the digital media industry.

Hands-on, curious, open-minded, and innovative.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including presentation skills, motivation, influencing, and negotiation.

Outstanding sales and collaboration capabilities with strong networking skills; a true "connector" who builds relationships across borders to benefit Red Bull.

Skilled problem-solver and mediator, adept at handling and aligning potential conflicts of interest.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $115,280 - $172,920 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
