Who We Are:

Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is one of the largest providers of document services in the United States. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The Director of Marketing provides leadership and vision to the teams responsible for developing and executing fully integrated marketing, brand, and product strategies that advance the company’s corporate objectives. The position will also ensure the delivery of industry-leading creative service offerings and support for our clients and internal departments.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Hybrid schedule option available, working from home 2 days a week after the successful completion of an initial training period of no less than 90 days.

Your Essential Duties:

  • Oversees Marketing Communications Department which includes marketing for FSSI, internal communication, and business development support.
  • Oversees Creative Services Department which includes creative and consultative services, inkjet color management and training, production graphics, product development, UI/UX design and development, and forms development support.
  • Enhances current and proposes new marketing strategy for FSSI to grow and expand in both the marketing and transactional arenas.
  • Oversees the planning and execution of annual marketing themes, events, and campaigns across print and digital channels.
  • Ensures a consistent corporate image and brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials, website, and events for FSSI.
  • Directs the creation of business development programs, promotional materials and campaigns for FSSI and clients, in collaboration with Business Development.
  • Ensures complete and updated business development support programs, including training and promotional materials.
  • Proposes annual department budgets and reviews monthly expenses with the CEO.
  • Develops and gives training programs to staff in areas of inkjet print technology, redesign processes, finishing capabilities, direct mail marketing, and others as needed.
  • Represents FSSI at client meetings, trade shows, conferences and other venues, as needed.
  • Ensures all Marketing and Creative Services employees are evaluated consistently, including developing and presenting KPIs for Client Services.
  • Assesses and evaluates new tools and technology that elevate marketing and business development teams, including CRM, marketing automation, variable data print, campaign implementation and management.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results with specific marketing measurements, analytics, and KPIs.
  • Works with Executive Management to evaluate new opportunities and measure success and impact of existing initiatives.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Marketing and management.
  • Direct experience in document production, critical communications, and B2B marketing preferred.
  • Possesses strong customer service philosophy and attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, effective team building and creative abilities.

Hiring Pay Range (annual salary): $130,000 - $155,000

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (working from home 2 days a week)
