The Director of Marketing, Wealth & Advisor Enablement is a strategic executor who brings the Wealth marketing vision to life—owning content, collateral, and enablement while building scalable infrastructure that field teams and advisors can leverage. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Financial Services, this role translates strategy into action: developing national resources that help advisors grow their practices and serve clients effectively.
This person will build and maintain the national library of content, playbooks, and enablement resources—working shoulder-to-shoulder with field teams to understand advisor needs and continuously refine what gets built. While Wealth is the primary focus, this role will also support integration marketing for acquisitions and contribute to initiatives across Retirement and Executive Benefits—helping build a more unified Financial Services story.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Wealth Marketing Execution
Develop and produce national marketing content and collateral—pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, thought leadership, and proposal content—that can be deployed and personalized for local markets
Manage content calendars and editorial planning for Wealth thought leadership, market commentary, and client-facing communications
Develop content, messaging, and creative assets that support demand generation campaigns in partnership with centralized teams
Support Workplace to Wealth marketing initiatives with content and enablement resources
Develop social media content and advisor amplification resources for field teams
Coordinate national speaking opportunities, conference sponsorships, and webinar execution and develop national content for field events
Liaise with Compliance to route, track, and secure approvals for all marketing materials, ensuring teams have access to compliant, ready-to-use resources
Use analytics to measure content performance and refine ongoing strategy
Sales Enablement
Partner with field marketing and enablement teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve national resources
Develop enablement resources—playbooks, presentations, talking points, campaign toolkits, and competitive positioning materials
Build and maintain a centralized content clearinghouse as a single source of truth for national content, ensuring field teams and advisors have easy access to consistent, high-quality, compliant resources
Help establish consistent marketing processes and resources that reflect the 'OneDigital Way'—giving field teams and advisors a unified experience regardless of location
Manage enablement platform content governance and drive adoption among advisors and field teams
Support RFP and pitch processes by ensuring teams have access to accurate, compelling, and compliant content
Build scalable, repeatable enablement processes and infrastructure that can be leveraged across Financial Services
Integration Marketing
Help craft M&A messaging narratives for prospective Financial Services firms
Support M&A marketing initiatives including always-on nurture campaigns, targeted outreach, and drip sequences
Partner with integration and field teams on onboarding, brand transition, and platform adoption for acquired teams
Develop scalable integration marketing frameworks and partner with field teams on execution—accelerating time-to-value, ensuring consistent messaging, and delivering a seamless experience for newly joined advisors
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with field teams—ensuring national programs are built with local execution in mind and that teams have what they need to succeed
Support cross-practice marketing initiatives that reflect OneDigital's integrated health, wealth, and benefits value proposition
Collaborate with Retirement, Executive Benefits, and other FS marketing leaders on shared initiatives
Work with other teams as needed to execute marketing programs
Create scalable workflows and processes that improve speed, consistency, and visibility across marketing and enablement
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
Required
7+ years of marketing experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management, RIA, advisory, or adjacent financial services sectors
Deep understanding of advisor/client acquisition journeys across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C motions
Proven ability to build scalable marketing processes, enablement programs, and content infrastructure
Experience supporting or partnering with field teams in a distributed model
Experience with marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, enablement tools like Seismic, etc.)
Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services marketing
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Preferred
Experience with sales enablement content governance, platform adoption optimization, and driving engagement at scale
Experience supporting RFP and pitch processes, including proposal content and competitive positioning
Experience developing playbooks, process documentation, and operational marketing frameworks
Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or acquired-team onboarding
Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and execution

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $135,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
