About the you and the role:

We are seeking a strategic and globally minded Director of Marketing Services to lead customer teams focused on driving revenue growth, retention, and international marketing success for our clients. You will own the scaling of our CS practice marketing domain, develop market-specific playbooks, and influence how our customers expand internationally through marketing.

This leader combines deep customer relationship management with proven experience in international go-to-market strategy, data-driven decision making, and team development. The right candidate thrives in building scalable success processes and deeply partners with clients to accelerate global growth.

What you'll do...

  • Work closely with our Vice President of Customer Success on enterprise-level account opportunities for partnership and growth.

  • Own customer growth and satisfaction KPIs for international client marketing impact

  • Develop and refine international marketing and ecommerce strategy playbooks

  • Act as a senior strategic advisor, guiding clients on cross-border strategy and marketing effectiveness

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape roadmap priorities based on international customer needs.

  • Partner with Sales on strategic renewals, expansions, and pitch strategy for international clients.

  • Serve as a go-to resource for our customers international marketing needs

  • Travel to client sites to build relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to develop product enhancements and data stories to support our customers

  • Contribute to internal processes and workflow documents for successful customer engagement and management, and work cross-functionally within Passport to deploy them

  • Become an expert on the Passport product, while keeping up with industry trends and news

You have many of the following…

  • 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Ecommerce, or DTC Marketing;
    3+ years leading managers or senior employees

  • Direct experience and proven results driving DTC marketing

  • Demonstrated success working with enterprise or high-growth SaaS/ecommerce companies

  • Experience guiding performance strategy across global markets (e.g., EU, UK, APAC, LATAM)

  • Proven track record of driving customer ROI, adoption, and revenue outcomes

  • Strong analytical skills—confident interpreting margin analysis, pricing models, shipping economics, and conversion metrics

  • Comfortable with a growth-based compensation package

  • Significant customer interaction and strong interest in building relationships

  • Creative problem solving skills that you want to apply in an ever-evolving environment

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different internal and external audiences (Executives, Marketers, Engineers, Sales People, ICs)

  • Self-motivating team player who can work cross-functionally and multi-task

  • Resourceful - you might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them or who to ask for help

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Located in the United States
