The Director of Marketing Operations will oversee GTM tech infrastructure, manage Marketo operations, design lead scoring models, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize marketing-sourced pipeline delivery.

- Own the design and performance of all GTM tech infrastructure, from marketing automation to CRM to analytics platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Product to streamline marketing-sourced pipeline delivery.
- Own end-to-end Marketo operations — campaign setup, program templates, email compliance, scoring, and integration.
- Evaluate and manage the marketing technology stack to support global growth and data hygiene.
- Design and maintain lead scoring models that reflect ICP, intent signals, and behavioral triggers.
- Build automated lead routing workflows to ensure fast handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
- Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data across platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Implement multi-touch attribution models and reporting frameworks to demonstrate campaign and channel ROI.
- Partner with Growth and Web teams to support backend infrastructure for website tracking, data capture, form routing, and performance analytics.
- Ensure marketing data flows efficiently between the website and CRM/MA systems.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to align on lead management, pipeline reporting, territory planning, and GTM workflows.
- Maintain shared dashboards and SLAs for Marketing-to-Sales funnel performance.
What You Bring:
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, with deep technical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (especially Marketo & Salesforce).
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environments.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, integrations, and revenue attribution models.
- A builder’s mindset with proven success in implementing and optimizing complex workflows.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering.
- Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and a bias toward execution.
