We develop industry-leading Bitcoin self-custody solutions, Bitcoin-based financial products, second-layer scaling technologies, and enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure. As Blockstream continues to grow, we are expanding our Consumer Products team to accelerate adoption of our Bitcoin-based tools, such as the Blockstream Jade hardware wallet and the Blockstream mobile wallet.

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to report to the VP of Consumer Products. This role is centered around project management and operational excellence, ensuring that our marketing initiatives align seamlessly with our product offerings and strategic goals. You will be a key player in managing cross-functional projects, analytics, and vendor relationships, all while supporting the consumer products business unit.

What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Production Role: Drive marketing initiatives with clear targets, focusing on delivering measurable results that support the growth of consumer products.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to optimize initiatives, enhance strategy, and inform decision-making.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee outbound management of vendors and partners, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives and collaborations.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational detail and support to streamline processes, helping the team navigate the complexities of product integration and marketing roadmaps.
  • Strategic Framework Development: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Consumer Products to build a strategic operating framework that capitalizes on near-term opportunities.
  • Coordination and Integration: Ensure cohesive communication and coordination among various teams, facilitating the integration of marketing efforts across the consumer products division.

  • Experience: Proven track record in marketing operations or project management, preferably within the tech, fintech, or blockchain industries.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing external vendors and partners, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple moving pieces in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, acting as a right-hand support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full-time offers from Blockstream also include benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)) and stock options.

Pay Range: $213,000 - $225,000
