About the Role:  
We’re seeking a Director of Marketing, Applications, to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our application product line. This high-impact role is responsible for driving awareness, pipeline, revenue growth, and customer expansion across this key area of our business. 

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of product marketing, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to scale marketing programs that support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will bring structure to our go-to-market planning, elevate how we engage users across their journey, and lead a high-performing team with clarity and purpose. 

This role is a key member of the marketing leadership team and will work closely with Growth Marketing, Web & Brand, Sales, Product, Customer Experience and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and impact across the business. 

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full marketing motion for our Application product line, from awareness to customer retention.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that generate awareness, demand, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Oversee messaging, positioning, and content strategy aligned to buyer needs and market trends.
  • Partner with Product team to launch new features, support product adoption and enhance in-product experience and conversion.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to ensure tight alignment, enablement, and shared goals—maximizing the impact of marketing programs on pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage campaign development and execution across multiple channels (email, webinars, ABM, field marketing, paid, etc.) 
  • Help recruit and retain key channel partners across different industries and geographies and support their ongoing GTM needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Web & Brand, Product, Sales, and CX to ensure go-to-market alignment.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of lifecycle marketing and continuously optimize performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

What You've Done:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.
  • Proven success marketing technical software products, ideally in application management, IT software or cybersecurity.
  • Experience owning a product marketing function or running full-funnel product-specific campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong execution and operational skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for storytelling, positioning, and translating product value into customer impact.
  • Results-driven, with a data-informed approach to marketing performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and drive results through collaboration. 
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and product analytics tools.

What We Offer: 
• The salary range for this position is $165,000-$185,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 15% annual discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
