Are you a retention powerhouse who lives and breathes data-driven personalization and customer journey mapping? Join our fast-growing DTC brand as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and own the full-funnel strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, app push, and phone touchpoints.
You’ll architect intelligent, behavior-based messaging flows that engage customers at every stage—onboarding, first purchase, repeat, cross-sell, reactivation—maximizing LTV while minimizing fatigue.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and automation roadmap
Build logic-driven journeys across Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot, Braze/Airship, or similar platforms
Implement real-time data triggers and advanced segmentation
Collaborate with acquisition, CRO, sales, and creative to align messaging across all channels
Design and run A/B tests, optimizing open rate, CVR, RPR, and LTV
Own platform performance reporting, journey audits, and continuous improvement cycles
6+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing, ideally in DTC, eCommerce, or app-based environments
Proven success scaling personalized multi-channel journeys
Deep knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot—and ideally Braze or Airship
Strong analytical mindset with experience in RFM, churn prediction, and event-driven logic
Comfortable building systems that integrate CRM, CDP, and data warehouse insights
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration chops
You’ve worked with subscription, mobile-first, or physical/digital hybrid products.
