Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Launch Director – Commercial to own the end-to-end project management and successful deployment of all commercial launches across the company. You are a strategic leader who will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning office, healthcare, residential, and stadium verticals, ensuring every launch is executed on time and aligned with revenue, operational, and client success goals. Reporting to the appropriate senior leadership, you will act as the connective layer between strategy and execution, managing a team of Launch Managers and Associates while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to standardize execution and de-risk high-growth profiles.

What you'll do
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of all Commercial launches, ensuring readiness across all workstreams from contract through post-launch stabilization
  • Align launch execution with commercial goals, including revenue ramp, pricing activation, compliance, and consumer adoption
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Launch Managers and Associates by establishing clear accountability and performance expectations
  • Maintain full visibility into in-flight and upcoming launches to proactively identify risks and remove blockers
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders during high-priority or complex launches
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of deployments
  • Deliver regular reporting on launch readiness, revenue performance, and portfolio health to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Translate organizational priorities into scalable, repeatable processes that de-risk launches and ensure configuration accuracy
  • Drive operational excellence and customer experience across high-growth profiles, including national accounts and strategic partnerships

  • Architect scalable processes that translate strategy into execution
  • Drive results aligned with revenue capture and consumer adoption goals
  • Navigate high-growth environments with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience

When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000.00 USD to $165,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans, and more. #LI-DL1 #LI-Onsite
