- IT Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to BTS (Business Technology Solutions) portfolio and sub-portfolio leaders to effectively manage cost, resource allocation, and portfolio performance.
- Financial Performance Oversight: Collaborate with IT Finance to oversee the financial performance of the portfolio, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on cost management, resource allocation, and portfolio management to achieve both short-term and long-term financial goals and business objectives.
- Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operational processes and projects to ensure they meet financial, operational, and quality targets and standards.
- Governance Reporting and Feedback: Review and provide actionable feedback on regular governance reports, including project health metrics, financial health, and benefit analysis, ensuring comprehensive oversight.
- Alignment with IT Strategic Objectives: Continuously monitor operational performance including portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with strategic objectives and the organizational roadmap, adhering to defined governance policies and quality measures.
- Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify early indicators of risk to financial benefits and identified value and recommend proactive mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they escalate.
- Enhance SPM Processes: Improve Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and tool adoption by implementing established guiding principles and governance policies, driving efficiency and consistency.
- Insight into Initiative Health: Provide BTS Portfolio and Sub-Portfolio Leaders with detailed insights into the overall health of initiatives, assessing how the portfolio is delivering against desired outcomes and tracking value aligned with strategic goals, such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
7+ years management experience Business partnering, strategy or financial planning & analysis role including: forecasting, planning, reporting, analysis, developing financial models, resource management, capacity and demand planning, IT portfolio management, and investment/ROI analyses required.
