About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Internal Communications to lead our internal communications strategy and initiatives. The Director of Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering messages that reinforce CrowdStrike’s mission and organizational priorities while driving employee engagements and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Align HR Initiatives: Partner with HR leadership to ensure clear and consistent communication of priority initiatives, employee plans, and HR programs across the organization.

  • Develop Strategic All-Hands Meetings: Drive strategic efforts of corporate all-hands meetings and enhance communication to all employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering engagement and participation.

  • Strategic Communication Opportunities: Identify and leverage strategic communication opportunities with employees to reinforce company values, celebrate successes, and address challenges.

  • Executive Visibility and Communication: Develop and execute a strategy to enhance executive visibility and voice within the organization, partnering with executive communications to ensure consistency and alignment with company messaging.

  • Cadence of Communication on Key Initiatives: Establish a consistent cadence of communication on key organizational initiatives, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals and priorities.

  • Employee Feedback Mechanisms: Implement mechanisms for gathering feedback from employees on communication initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance of messaging.

  • Change Management Communication: Drive communication efforts related to organizational changes, initiatives, and transformations, ensuring employees are informed and supported throughout the process.

  • Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and examine internal communication metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of communication strategies and tactics.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement, alignment, and organizational performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans and tactics.

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry trends and terminology is a plus.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $240,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
