Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director, Integrated Marketing. This hybrid role requires someone with expertise in both integrated and product marketing to drive go-to-market strategies and comprehensive marketing campaigns for GoodRx. You will lead cross-functional teams to build and execute strategies that enhance brand positioning, engage consumer and healthcare audiences, and drive adoption within specific products and conditions.

This Director, Integrated Marketing role is a high-impact leadership position. It requires an individual who is both a strategic thinker and a successful tactician, and who can manage a team of junior marketers to deliver excellence.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of integrated marketers to deliver high quality marketing campaigns for GoodRx products, expanding awareness and perceptions of GoodRx's capabilities in the market.

  • Oversee marketing strategy and campaigns developed by individual marketing managers to ensure alignment and consistency across GoodRx's strategic goals and initiatives

  • Be a hands-on marketer as needed. Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives to ensure these are delivered on-time, on-budget and with the highest level of quality. This includes developing robust tactical plans, capturing stakeholder updates, managing timelines and providing regular and clear communication to all relevant partners, including senior leadership.

  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Insights, Digital Experience, PR, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Mansol, Retail and Marketing Analytics to ensure the delivery of holistic and measurable marketing plans.

  • Develop processes to enable the seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities across internal and external channels and partners. 

  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics. Partner with Business Intelligence to establish the right measurement frameworks and KPIs for assessment.

  • Go-To-Market Development: Develop and lead GTM plans for new products or features as needed, including audience targeting, messaging, creative development and marketing tactics. 

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or the equivalent in years of experience. Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in an integrated marketing, product marketing or a hybrid role (12 years with a Master’s degree), with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven presentation skills, able to articulate and justify your ideas and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to establish effective processes to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and with high impact. 

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies.

  • A consumer-centric customer approach, able to understand and anticipate the needs and preferences of our target audiences.

  • A growth mindset and a curiosity for learning, willingness to experiment, iterate, and adapt to changing environments and feedback.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$190,000.00 - $305,000.00

New York Office:

$174,000.00 - $279,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$158,000.00 - $254,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$142,000.00 - $229,000.00
