The Role:
As the Director of Influencer & Partnerships, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our influencer and partnership programs expanding Little Sleepies' brand reach, deepening community engagement, and driving meaningful business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling strong, authentic relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and media partners who align with our values, voice, and aesthetic.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with brand, social, and growth teams to bring compelling campaigns to life across key launches, milestone moments, and high-impact brand initiatives. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, community, and performance marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Define and evolve the influencer and partnership strategy to support brand and business objectives across awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Lead day-to-day execution of the influencer and ambassador programs—including sourcing, vetting, negotiation, briefing, approvals, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and external partners, negotiating contracts and deliverables.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution for product launches, milestone moments, limited-edition drops, and brand partnerships.
- Oversee the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, social, creative, retention, and growth teams to seamlessly integrate & amplify influencer and partnership efforts across marketing channels and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign and program performance, including EMV, engagement, reach, and ROI—providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.
- Oversee brand activations, including planning and executing virtual and in-person events with influencers, press, and VIP audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying rising voices, cultural movements, and storytelling opportunities that resonate with our customer and community.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 7–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand ambassador programs, and public relations preferably within a DTC, lifestyle, fashion, or family-focused brand.
- Proven success scaling influencer programs across tiers (nano to macro), delivering measurable brand and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to secure high-quality media coverage through strong press relationships and thoughtful storytelling.
- A passion for storytelling, brand building, and community engagement.
- Strategic leadership capabilities with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and ability to work hands-on when needed.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing briefs, pitches, and post-campaign recaps.
- A collaborative and agile mindset. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.
