What Makes You A Great Fit

Reporting to the VP of Onboarding, you will lead our global immigration function and manage a team of Immigration Specialists across multiple regions. You'll drive compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction while optimizing business performance and introducing innovation in immigration services.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Strategic Leadership – Set vision and priorities for global immigration operations, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and best-in-class client experience.
  • Client Advisory – Provide high-level guidance on immigration options, risks, and requirements across global jurisdictions.
  • Operational Oversight – Ensure accurate and timely preparation, submission, and monitoring of immigration applications worldwide.
  • Policy Expertise – Interpret evolving immigration laws and regulations, advising on business and employee impacts.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact with immigration authorities and agencies, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy.
  • Business Ownership – Monitor margins, costs, and performance metrics; drive efficiency through process improvements and new technologies, including AI.
  • Complex Case Management – Support sensitive or high-risk immigration matters, including employee offboarding.
  • Team Management – Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global immigration team; set and track KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, and portfolio health.

Let's Connect If You:

  • 10+ years of progressive business immigration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a law firm, corporate, or startup environment
  • 3+ years managing an immigration team
  • Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills
  • Strong client services skills:
    • Experience directly interacting for customers via email, call, and video
    • Experience anticipating clients' needs and addressing their concerns
  • Experience managing pipelines and proven ability to juggle multiple customers and priorities, keeping all customers informed of changes to deadlines
  • Ability to function independently while following established directions and processes with limited hand-holding
  • Strong attention to detail

Strongly preferred: Legal credential and JD or its international equivalent from an accredited school

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 


Annualized Pay Range
$150,000$190,000 USD
