Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise ERP and Finance Systems Strategy, including long-range planning, platform modernization, financial transformation initiatives, and alignment with corporate priorities.
- Lead major ERP rollouts and implementations (e.g., SAP, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle), guiding all aspects of program governance, delivery quality, business alignment, and go-live readiness.
- Drive end-to-end business process transformation, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other stakeholders to harmonize processes, simplify workflows, and ensure consistent enterprise execution.
- Establish and manage strategic and operational governance frameworks to ensure system reliability, security, performance, and compliance across the ERP and Finance ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for enterprise systems, ensuring investments support scalability, modernization, integration, and value creation.
- Oversee the support and sustainment model for ERP and Finance platforms, ensuring timely incident resolution, release management, and continuous improvement.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing talent, fostering technical excellence, domain expertise, and a strong bench of ERP and Finance technology leaders.
- Serve as an executive-level influencer, articulating both technical and non-technical concepts to senior leaders, boards, and cross-functional partners.
- Drive decision-making across a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority and aligning disparate stakeholder groups toward common outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, software development, and program management teams, ensuring technical quality, integration rigor, and scalable system design.
- Ensure financial systems integrity, including data quality, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment to regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives.
- Strong understanding of ERP strategy, finance transformation, and enterprise systems architecture.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations with modern delivery methodologies.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting Technology, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning ERP ownership, financial systems, enterprise architecture, program leadership, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Costpoint, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems.
- Proven track record defining and executing ERP or Finance technology strategies in complex environments.
- Experience leading cross-enterprise business process change associated with ERP implementations.
- Strong background in software development, program management, or technical engineering leadership.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage technical performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk dimensions.
- Experience developing talent, building organizational capability, and leading leaders.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or similar highly regulated industries.
