In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Airborne Tactical Radios Product Area to support our growing HF (High Frequency) Radio Programs. This role will report to the Program Area Director for Airborne Tactical Radios .
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the HF Radio Programs through all phases of the lifecycle with profit & loss accountability
  • Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.
  • Collaborate across business areas on innovative roadmaps and discriminating technologies to bring mission-level solutions to our strategic customers
  • Provide proactive cross function leadership of a key strategic portfolio to achieve customer commitments and business growth expectations.
  • Demonstrate visible leadership across the portfolio, leading by example to deliver program performance excellence.
  • Execute using Earned Value Management techniques and other analytical industry best practices
  • Communicate effectively and work cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization to achieve results.
  • Actively develop and execute a strategy to support the ATR business and technology growth plan.
  • Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and continuous improvement on the program team to deliver affordable, effective, and dependable outcomes.
  • Serve as a member of the Airborne Tactical Radios Leadership Team, actively partnering with other team members to drive innovative and consistent strategy across the product line.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 10+ years' work experience with Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience of experience in program or capture management and/or with functional activities related to the program lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in building customer and supplier relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature.
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and objectives
  • Ability to lead complex teams that are distributed across geographic locations in a borderless fashion.
  • Financial management expertise and experience executing to revenue and profit targets
  • Personnel leadership and management of a diverse, cross functional team
  • The ability to develop creative solutions to highly complex problems
  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate the program status across the team.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Master's degree line
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Prior experience leading development and / or integration programs
  • Prior experience leading production programs with transition to production knowledge

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
