Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused, and clinically fluent commercial leader for the role of Director, HCP Marketing – Orgovyx. Reporting to the Senior Director, Orgovyx Brand Marketing Lead, this individual will lead the HCP strategy and execution for a key oncology brand with a strong clinical profile and differentiated positioning.
Orgovyx is the first and only oral GnRH receptor antagonist approved for advanced prostate cancer. As it enters its next phase of growth, the Senior Director will be responsible for shaping the provider-facing narrative, developing meaningful engagement strategies, and delivering high-impact field resources that drive brand growth and patient impact.
This role requires a marketer who can think strategically, understand the science deeply, and deliver with urgency and precision. You’ll work cross-functionally and across the Pfizer alliance to bring high-quality, clinically credible resources to market—on time and with purpose.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the HCP marketing strategy for Orgovyx, aligned to the overall brand vision, lifecycle stage, and competitive landscape.
- Own the HCP messaging platform and ensure alignment across campaigns, peer-to-peer, and field tools.
- Translate clinical data into compelling, compliant, and differentiated messaging that resonates with Urologists, Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and APPs.
- Develop branded promotional materials and resources that support field engagement and peer-to-peer education.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Omnichannel, Patient Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure unified execution and strategic cohesion.
- Lead co-promotional coordination with alliance partner Pfizer, ensuring efficient development and timely deployment of materials.
- Apply market research, field insights, and performance data to refine strategy and optimize impact across HCP touchpoints.
- Manage agency partners and internal processes to deliver materials with speed, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ensure all content passes successfully through the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process and adheres to compliance standards.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years (w/o Masters) or 8 – 12 years (with Master’s) of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Significant experience in HCP marketing, preferably in oncology and/or urology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead clinically credible promotional initiatives and execute with speed and precision.
- Experience supporting field teams, speaker programs, and navigating PRC is required.
- Prior experience in alliance or matrix environments strongly preferred.
The base salary range for this role is $191,280 to $239,100. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
