What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement scalable GTM strategies that support rapid revenue growth across customer segments.
  • Own GTM funnel modeling and monitor performance. Identify opportunities to increase pipeline velocity and sales efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop market segmentation, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and territory plans.
  • Lead quarterly GTM planning cycles, including territory design, headcount planning, and goal setting.
  • Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on expansion strategy, competitive positioning, strategic bets, and long-term growth planning.
  • Create repeatable sales plays and launch go-to-market motions for new product features, pricing models, and market segments.
  • Analyze performance data, pipeline metrics, and market insights to inform strategy and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, such as pricing strategy, sales process optimization, and geographic expansion.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to operationalize GTM initiatives and measure impact.

About you:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in GTM or Sales strategy in B2B or PLG-based SaaS. Experience in consulting, investment banking, or investing prior to operational experience is a plus as well.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional GTM initiatives in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel dynamics, and market data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and translates ideas into action.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Tableau, or similar analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of how to build repeatable systems that drive growth across sales and marketing.
  • You think like an owner, balancing big-picture strategy with a strong bias for execution.
