API and Integration Strategy: Own integration design using best practices for APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware tools like Workato. Ensure reusable, scalable connectors and efficient system orchestration
AI and Automation Thinking: Stay current on AI applications across the GTM tech stack, including predictive analytics, enrichment, scoring, and automation. Introduce intelligent solutions when they improve speed or quality
DevOps Ownership: Ensure CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes are robust and efficient. Guide infrastructure and automation standards in partnership with your DevOps Engineer and QA team
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with business-facing Product Owners (BSAs), SalesOps, MarketingOps, and partner teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
