About the role

AgelessRx's Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for fostering a culture of data-driven, high-velocity experimentation and executing to drive significant growth. The Senior Director of Growth is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing existing channels to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable. The Senior Director of Growth will lead and execute initiatives to scale marketing efforts with a focus on conversion, retention, and engagement.   

 

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, consistently running experiments and judiciously allocating resources for optimal marketing ROI. 

 

What you'll do

  • Creating a culture of data-driven, high velocity experimentation to drive customer acquisition and retention.  
  • Set experiment “roadmap” and ensure that both experiments are run properly, and that the right conclusions are gleaned from them. 
  • Experiments include A/B tests, exploring different channels, pricing tests, among many others.  
  • Set up the process: people, the “lanes” and the systems. Put good channel managers in place, manage them, incentivize them, coach them, and reorganize them.  
  • Establish and maintain robust marketing analytics, attribution and reporting frameworks, providing insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI. 
  • Participate in the development and execution of the company's growth strategy by using data-driven decision-making techniques and through analysis of competitor data and industry trends. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's audience and product, and work with the content team to communicate effectively with them.   
  • Identify and analyze current channels for reaching our current and potential audience (CRM, SEO, conversion rate optimization, social media, content marketing, etc.) and adjust growth strategies accordingly. 
  • Optimize marketing outcomes by focusing on resource efficiency, allocating resources strategically. Maximize return on capital invested. 
  • Work closely with the product and content teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals and communicate growth strategies throughout the organization. 
  • Develop and implement KPI's aligned with growth goals and adjust them as necessary according to strategy performance. 

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead a team and be a strategic leader as well as an invaluable individual contributor. 
  • Ability to manage stake-holders and collaborate with cross-functional teams: ops, product management, etc. 
  • Very analytical; preferably knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS or other analytics tools. 
  • Talent for translating numbers into an actionable story for business leaders. 
  • A track record of success in CAC and LTV optimization. 
  • Deep familiarity with Google, Google Analytics, Meta, and other major D2C channels. 
  • Good project manager skillset. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to push forward multiple, fast-moving pieces at once seamlessly. 
  • Curiosity and interest in the longevity space.
