Zoomget is a 2022 and 2023 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company and a leading international seller of disposable gloves and safety products across B2B, B2C, marketplace, and eCommerce channels.

Our people infuse our culture with integrity, which defines the way we operate. As a company we embrace our core values:

  • Create Action – We move fast to deliver results
  • Build Trust – We do what we say we’re going to do
  • Stronger Together – We commit to inclusion to drive forward together.
  • Keep it Simple – We get to the point.
  • Raise the Bar – We insist on high standards and never settle

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead the marketing function and drive profitable growth across current and new channels, products, customer segments, and revenue streams. This leader will own growth strategy across advertising, content, catalog, brand, marketplace performance, and channel expansion. Because Amazon is a core channel, the successful candidate must bring recent, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, content strategy, and growth programs, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy, performance analysis, and execution.

This leader will strengthen the Marketing organization by improving structure, processes, capabilities, accountability, and execution. As a member of the leadership team, they will develop the team, bring forward market insights and investment recommendations, and use data, AI, and automation to improve performance, productivity, and decision-making.

While this is a remote position, we are only able to hire candidates residing in WA or NV at this time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Zoomget’s Growth Marketing team in developing and executing omnichannel strategies across Amazon and other marketplaces, paid and organic search, social media, programmatic advertising, content, email, B2B, branding, and channel expansion.
  • Set growth priorities, performance targets, and execution roadmaps across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and B2C and B2B programs.
  • Own Amazon Advertising and marketplace performance, with hands-on oversight of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and AMC. Evaluate advertising alongside pricing, Buy Box, listing health, content, conversion, organic rank, inventory, contribution margin, and incremental growth.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that create transparency across channels. Use performance data, statistical analysis, competitive intelligence, and market insights to recommend budgets and investments to leadership.
  • Identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across products, categories, customer segments, promotions, retention programs, marketplaces, and other eCommerce channels. Develop the supporting business case, go-to-market strategy, and launch plan.
  • Create and lead integrated B2C and B2B campaigns that improve customer experience, reach new and existing audiences, generate qualified leads, increase purchases, and strengthen retention and brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to clarify Zoomget’s position, identify risks and opportunities, increase market share, and inform the broader business.
  • Assess and strengthen the Marketing organization’s structure, roles, capabilities, workflows, and performance management. Coach the team to improve strategic thinking, ownership, execution, and accountability.
  • Establish scalable processes, operating rhythms, and KPI governance that keep priorities clear, make progress visible, accelerate decisions, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and lead Marketing’s adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technology to improve productivity, reporting, campaign management, creative workflows, testing, and decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT/Data, eCommerce, and executive leadership to align investments, priorities, resources, and growth initiatives.
  • Own Marketing’s business plans, P&L, annual budget, forecasting, and performance reporting, with a strong focus on ROI and profitable growth. Regularly present results, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
