Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000 per year, with actual pay to be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for variable pay targeted at 30% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).

- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with key delivery partners, including system integrators, consultants, and MSPs. Develop and execute a strategy for scaling the partner ecosystem to meet the growing demands of our customer base.
- Partner Enablement & Training: Work with partners to ensure they are trained, equipped, and supported in delivering high-quality services around our platform. This includes creating enablement resources, providing product training, and developing partner-specific onboarding programs.
- Joint Go-to-Market & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies with delivery partners. Provide sales enablement materials and support for partner-led sales motions, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets. Maintain responsibility for qualified pipeline development across all eligible SI partners.
- Delivery Review & Insight: Monitor the execution of partner-led delivery engagements for the successful implementation of our platform. Monitor the quality of service, timelines, and customer satisfaction, and intervene where necessary to resolve challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Performance Management & KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the go-to-market success of delivery partnerships, pipeline development, revenue growth, and delivery efficiency. Regularly review partner performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, customer success, etc.) to ensure smooth handoffs, alignment on partner initiatives, and that partners are fully supported throughout the go-to-market and sales lifecycle. Act as a liaison to ensure partner feedback is incorporated into product development and future enhancements.
- Partner Channel Growth: Identify opportunities to grow and expand our network of delivery partners, leveraging existing relationships and targeting new partners who align with our business objectives. Work to increase the overall value and success of the partner ecosystem.
What should you have to succeed?
- Minimum 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliances within the technology or SaaS space, with a focus on delivery partnerships or system integrations. • Experience with scaling affiliate and referral revenue growth alongside system integrators, MSPs, or consulting firms is a plus

- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions. Ability to engage in technical discussions with partners to ensure proper implementation of our solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable leading conversations with senior executives at partner organizations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve complex challenges with partners and customers. Ability to navigate conflicts and ensure that both internal teams and partners work collaboratively towards common goals
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to achieve successful partner-driven delivery outcomes. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders with differing goals. Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively throughout the customer journey, creating less friction and fewer handoffs across a global organization
- A hands-on, proactive leader with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create a structure where needed
