The Director, Global Talent Acquisition is an enterprise leader responsible for designing and executing a forward-looking global talent acquisition strategy that ensures Signature Aviation attracts, assesses, and hires the future ready talent required to deliver business and operational outcomes. This role sits on the Talent COE Leadership Team and plays a critical role in Signature Aviation’s multiyear Talent Transformation—reimagining how talent is identified, engaged, and brought into the organization at scale. 

This is a hands-on, player coach leadership role that blends enterprise strategy with operational excellence. The Director owns end-to-end recruiting performance across populations, establishes modern sourcing and assessment practices, advances responsible use of automation and AI, and strengthens the employer brand. The role serves as a connector across HR, operations, and business leadership—translating workforce strategy into scalable, measurable recruiting outcomes.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enterprise Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Design and lead a comprehensive, enterprise-wide‑ Talent Acquisition Strategy, aligned to business priorities, workforce plans, and future skill requirements across executive, professional, and frontline populations.  
  • Translate business strategy and talent planning insights into differentiated sourcing, assessment, and hiring approaches in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.  
  • Responsible for connecting across all global locations including US, Europe, Latin America to drive global processes and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate labor market shifts and evolving skill needs, using external talent intelligence and internal data to proactively shape recruiting strategy. 

Modern, Data Driven‑ Recruiting Excellence

  • Champion market leading‑ recruiting practices, including skills-based hiring, talent segmentation, structured and equitable‑ assessments, proactive talent communities, and continuous improvement of candidate experience.  
  • Advance the responsible use of recruiting technology, automation, and AI to improve speed, quality of hire, equity, and scalability. 
  • Establish enterprise frameworks, standards, and governance that ensure consistent, high-quality‑ recruiting outcomes across the organization. 
  • Develop and execute tailored search strategies for senior level executive roles leveraging direct sourcing, talent intelligence platforms, market mapping, and deep industry insights

RPO & Partner Leadership

  • Lead and optimize the strategic partnership with the RPO provider, ensuring alignment to business needs, service levels, and evolving workforce priorities. 
  • Set clear performance expectations, metrics, and governance to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across internal and external recruiting teams.  

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high performing‑ Talent Acquisition COE team, building enterprise capability and bench strength.  
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers—raising capability in talent decision-making‑, inclusive hiring, and modern assessment practices.  
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the recruiting ecosystem 

Insights, Analytics & Governance

  • Own recruiting performance end-to-end‑, using data, dashboards, and insights to measure outcomes, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and uphold ethical, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices enterprise wide‑. 

Job Scope

  • Leads a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence of approximately 6 FTEs and oversees an RPO partnership of ~30 recruiters.
  • Interfaces regularly with senior executives and HR leadership across operating companies.
  • Drives enterprise-wide‑ talent acquisition initiatives through influence, consultation, and collaboration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR within a large, matrixed organization.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Proven success designing and executing enterprise level recruiting strategies aligned to business objectives‑.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated use of data to drive decisions and outcomes.
