About the Role

Attentive’s Revenue Operations team is looking for someone with a customer experience mentality who is highly effective and efficient, with the ability to think strategically but also keen to get their hands dirty and “get it done."


We’ll need you to develop and drive Go-To-Market strategy, a regular cadence of business reviews, and manage day-to-day operations, partnering with a global cross functional team for support. This is an exciting opportunity to join Attentive at a time of rapid global growth. As the leader of Sales Operations, you will play a key role in shaping our future. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to design, develop, and implement strategies that drive growth and optimize our business. Your responsibilities will span across Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Partners, making this a high-impact role within the organization.


We are seeking a highly effective and efficient individual who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. A customer-centric mindset is essential.


Your core tasks will include developing and driving Go-To-Market strategies, establishing a regular cadence of business reviews, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with a global cross-functional team to achieve these objectives.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Strategic Partnership and Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Leadership, and other Global Executives to drive and implement growth and change, ensuring strategic alignment across all levels of the organization
  • GTM Planning and Execution: Spearhead strategic and operational Go-To-Market planning, overseeing the successful implementation and adaptation of GTM strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Operational Management and Reporting: Manage the operating and reporting plan (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc.), providing accurate and timely insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of segment-focused Sales Operations Professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster cross-regional alignment with Regions, Sales, Customer Success, Partners & Marketing, ensuring cohesive and integrated operations across all departments
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Evaluate current business practices and introduce innovative approaches for increased efficiency and effectiveness, driving operational excellence across the organization
  • Sales Productivity Initiatives: Lead key sales productivity initiatives focused on customer success, new business growth, pipeline development, and ecosystem alignment, maximizing revenue generation and market share
  • Standardization and Best Practices: Establish and manage standardized opportunity management, account planning practices, and other global initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability across all regions
  • Quota Setting and Compensation: Oversee quota setting, coverage, and participation in the compensation process, ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices that incentivize high performance
  • Sales Planning and Reporting: Manage sales plans, deployment models, strategies, territory plans, account management procedures, and sales systems to ensure accurate and relevant reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Sales Forecasting and Analytics: Develop and implement robust sales forecasting and analytics processes to accurately predict future sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Your Expertise

  • 10+ years of global experience as a Senior Sales Operations leader with a proven track record of success in a similar capacity
  • A successful people leader with experience in leading and developing a high-performing, regionally dispersed team and a demonstrated ability to engage and grow diverse talent
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, incentive compensation, sales systems and procedures, and sales methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Extensive experience in sales operations within large software organizations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing and implementing effective management tools and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to lead and collaborate across functional groups to align processes with business strategy
  • Flexible and resilient, with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Experience in change management and driving strategic initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred

For US based applicants:

- The standard base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $288,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
