They will manage and develop a focused team of Global Product Marketers, collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure our digital solutions deliver measurable outcomes for providers, patients, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Digital GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Define and deliver the global GTM approach for the Digital Provider portfolio.
  • Lead high-impact launches by applying standardized frameworks and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment across Product, Commercial, Revenue, and Finance to maximize business outcomes.

2. Portfolio Integration

  • Embed provider digital solutions into device, service, and ecosystem launches.
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to adapt GTM strategies to local market needs.

3. Narrative Development & Market Influence

  • Own the storytelling for Resmed’s provider digital solutions.
  • Create compelling narratives that highlight value for providers, payers, and health systems.
  • Position Resmed as a thought leader in digital health solutions for providers.

4. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Digital Product Marketers.
  • Foster expertise in GTM strategy, storytelling, and provider-focused adoption.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance.

5. Market Insight & Strategic Feedback

  • Translate provider and market insights into actionable feedback for product roadmaps.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence portfolio direction with global perspectives.

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define success metrics for adoption, usage, and provider impact.
  • Monitor performance and lead optimization efforts through post-launch reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12+ years in digital health, SaaS, connected solutions, or regulated industries.
  • Experience in provider-facing digital platforms or enterprise software.
  • Strong track record of shaping and executing global GTM strategies.
  • Skilled at working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Recognized as a collaborative leader and coach of high-performing teams.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

 

At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $182,000 - $227,000 - $272,000 USD.
