About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Director of Global Field Marketing to drive regional marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth across our global markets. This role will partner closely with sales leadership to execute integrated campaigns, events, and programs that deliver measurable business impact in the industrial cybersecurity space. 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision 

  • Lead Dragos' global field marketing function, establishing frameworks and processes that scale across regions
  • Drive strategic alignment between marketing and sales leadership on regional priorities and go-to-market approaches
  • Own field marketing budget allocation and resource optimization across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate time-to-market and competitive positioning in industrial cybersecurity 

Market Development & Regional Growth 

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify and penetrate high-value market opportunities
  • Lead market expansion strategies for emerging regions and priority vertical markets  
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliance marketing programs that extend Dragos' market reach
  • Establish thought leadership positioning for Dragos executives across global industrial cybersecurity communities 

Team Building & Organizational Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global field marketing team
  • Develop field marketing competencies and career progression paths within the organization
  • Create centers of excellence for event marketing, regional campaigns, ABM and sales enablement
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous optimization 

Executive Engagement & Revenue Impact 

  • Lead executive-level customer engagement programs including C-suite roundtables and strategic advisory sessions
  • Drive large enterprise and strategic account marketing support for complex, multi-million dollar opportunities
  • Own field marketing's contribution to pipeline generation and revenue targets, with accountability for measurable business outcomes
  • Represent Dragos at industry forums and serve as a key voice in the industrial cybersecurity community 

Qualifications

Experience & Background 

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or industrial technology
  • 5+ years leading field marketing teams and functions, with proven ability to scale organizations
  • Track record of building marketing programs that directly contribute to revenue growth
  • Experience influencing and partnering with C-level executives and senior sales leadership 

Leadership & Strategic Competencies 

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and P&L accountability
  • Executive presence with ability to represent the company at c-suite level and industry leadership forums
  • Data-driven leader with expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI optimization
  • Experience with global marketing operations and cross-cultural team management

Travel Requirements 

This role requires up to 25% travel including: 

  • Regional customer and prospect meetings
  • Industry conferences and trade shows
  • Internal sales meetings and team gatherings
  • Partner and customer events globally 

Compensation

  • Salary: $200,000
