Job Description

The FP&A Manager, Manufacturing & Supply (M&S), drives the digital transformation of the FP&A function by leading the standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and analytics across the global M&S organization. The role ensures efficient and scalable reporting, forecasting, and planning processes while delivering actionable performance insights that support data-driven decision making and productivity improvement across the Manufacturing & Supply network.

The FP&A Manager M&S plays a key role in the FP&A organization, supporting Head Finance Gx M&S, Head Finance Bio M&S, Corporate FP&A and partners across the Manufacturing & Supply network.

Your Key Responsibilities:  

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:  

  • Lead the digital transformation of M&S FP&A through automation, simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, tools, and analytics capabilities.  

  • Drive finance workstreams for system implementations and process improvement initiatives across the Manufacturing & Supply organization.  

  • Develop and implement standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, planning methodologies, and best-in-class FP&A practices, including advanced analytics and self-service reporting.  

  • Coordinate M&S planning, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and reporting cycles in alignment with Corporate FP&A and business stakeholders.  

  • Ensure timely, accurate, transparent delivery of financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and plans while aligning assumptions, timelines, and methodologies across M&S.  

  • Facilitate performance reviews and planning discussions, providing financial guidance, decision support, and continuously improving forecasting accuracy and process efficiency.  

  • Deliver impactful management reporting, executive presentations, dashboards, and scorecards, translating financial and operational data into actionable business insights.  

  • Monitor and analyze COGS, productivity initiatives, financial and operational KPIs, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities to support performance improvement and senior management decision-making. 

 

Key Performance Indicators: 

  • Automation, simplification, and standardization of FP&A processes and reporting 

  • Successful implementation and adoption of FP&A systems, tools, and dashboards 

  • Timely, accurate, and high-quality planning, forecasting, and reporting deliverables 

  • Transparency and actionable insights on COGS, productivity, and key business KPIs 

  • High-impact management reporting and strong stakeholder satisfaction 

  • Strong collaboration and contribution to team performance and engagement 

 

What you’ll bring to the role: 

Essential Requirements: 

  • 5-8 years of experience in financial management 

  • Consulting background is an advantage.  

  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking.  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial information to a variety of audiences.  

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and experience interfacing effectively with global counterparts.  

  • Strong project management skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.  

  • In-depth knowledge in business system as SAP, Alterix and enabling functions as SHAPE, Data Warehouse, IFP plus excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
