We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Strategic Program Director to oversee the planning and execution of finance-led integration initiatives across the enterprise. This role will serve as a key orchestrator of cross-functional efforts, ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities with a strong focus on financial alignment, operational readiness, and digital enablement.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management, financial business partnership, and transformation leadership—along with a passion for driving innovation through technology.

How you’ll make an impact:

Integration Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and cultural objectives.
  • Establish and manage a Finance Integration Office/Council, providing governance, structure, and visibility across all finance-related integration workstreams.
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, IT, and business units to ensure timely execution of integration milestones.

Financial Strategy & Business Acumen

  • Translate deal rationale into actionable financial integration plans, including P&L alignment, reporting structures, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate the development and approval of complex business cases and ensure financial targets are embedded in integration plans.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on integration risks, opportunities, and value realization.

Digital Strategy & Technology Execution

  • Drive the digital enablement of integration processes, including automation of reporting, data migration, and system harmonization.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems teams to implement tools that support scalable integration and performance monitoring.
  • Identify and champion digital innovations that enhance integration speed, accuracy, and transparency.

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and manage integration related milestone plans, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, and cost are controlled across all initiatives.
  • Lead Finance Integration Council including program governance, reporting, and change management activities to ensure stakeholder alignment and accountability.
  • Optimize resource allocation across the integration portfolio in partnership with functional and regional leaders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors and acquired finance leadership teams.
  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert in program management, integration strategy, and finance transformation.
  • Lead post-close reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve integration playbooks and practices.

What you'll need (Required):

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • A minimum of twelve years (Or ten years with a Masters) of hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • MBA or PMP
  • Experience in program management, finance transformation, or Post-Merger Integration 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, global environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms that support integration and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

The base pay range for this position is $156,000 to $221,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).  Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
