This leader will bring clarity, consistency, and energy to our executive voice while building a modern, AI-enabled, data-driven internal communications ecosystem that drives alignment, engagement, and trust. The right candidate is both a strategist and operator—someone with a strong POV, forward-thinking instincts, a deep curiosity about and willingness to experiment with AI, and a track record of elevating leaders and organizations through communications.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Communications Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior executives, helping shape their voice, narrative, and presence internally and externally.

  • Lead development of high-impact executive communications including All Hands, senior leadership forums, keynotes, major announcements, and thought leadership.

  • Partner with executives to translate business strategy into clear, compelling, and authentic messaging.

  • Elevate executive visibility and consistency through disciplined narrative planning and storytelling.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Own and evolve Sprinklr’s internal communications strategy—ensuring alignment with business priorities and cultural transformation.

  • Design and manage a multi-channel internal communications ecosystem, optimizing channel use based on audience, purpose, and impact.

  • Develop clear, engaging content that drives understanding of strategy, reinforces priorities, and builds employee confidence and alignment.

  • Champion two-way communication—ensuring employee feedback loops are embedded and actionable.

Narrative & Content Strategy

  • Working closely with External Communications, refine executive narrative frameworks that connect product innovation, customer value, and company strategy.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across executive communications, internal channels, and key moments.

  • Drive proactive storytelling that positions Sprinklr’s leadership as credible, differentiated, and forward-looking.

Strategic Programs & Planning

  • Build and operationalize annual and quarterly communications plans tied to company priorities.

  • Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to track effectiveness, engagement, and reach.

  • Lead high-stakes communications initiatives including transformation milestones, organizational changes, and major announcements.

  • Identify and implement AI workflows and agents to improve productivity and efficiency

  • Partner closely with External Comms, Brand, Digital, HR, Product Marketing, and Field teams to ensure coordinated execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team and agency partners as needed.

  • Act as a strong cross-functional collaborator—earning trust and influence across executive and functional leadership.

  • Bring a clear point of view while remaining pragmatic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.

What Success Looks Like

  • Executive voices are clear, consistent, and impactful—driving confidence internally and credibility externally.

  • Employees have a strong understanding of strategy and feel informed, engaged, and aligned.

  • Internal communications are proactive, integrated, and data-driven—not reactive or fragmented.

  • Sprinklr’s narrative is cohesive, differentiated, and consistently reinforced across leadership moments.

  • Communications is viewed as a strategic partner to the business—not a support function.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic, corporate, or executive communications roles.

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, and/or publicly traded companies strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent) in high-visibility environments, and supporting the visibility and credibility of those voices in the marketplace.

  • Experience building or scaling internal communications programs in complex, fast-moving organizations.

Core Capabilities

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—clear, concise, and authentic.

  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of internal channel strategy and how to reach diverse employee audiences effectively.

  • Executive presence and ability to influence the highest levels of the organization.

  • Strong judgment, instincts, and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Leadership & Mindset

  • Collaborative, low-ego leader with a strong point of view and the ability to drive alignment.

  • Creative thinker who is willing to experiment, challenge norms, and place bold bets.

  • High energy, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Passion for building culture, transparency, and trust through communication.

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the heart of Sprinklr’s transformation. You will directly shape how our leaders show up, how our employees connect to our strategy, and how we bring our story to life. If you’re energized by building something meaningful, influencing at the highest levels, and driving real impact—this is the opportunity.

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off – it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
