Job Description:

Uniphore is at an inflection point, and the relationships we build with the CEOs and CIOs of our most strategic accounts will define our next chapter.

We're looking for a Director of Executive Audience Engagement to design and lead Uniphore's executive engagement strategy for a highly curated portfolio of our most strategic customer and prospect accounts. Working closely with our CEO and senior sales leadership, you'll create the experiences, conversations, and executive programs that build trust, strengthen relationships, and accelerate growth with the executives who matter most to our business.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You'll bring the Uniphore brand to life through executive experiences while building a scalable program that turns executive engagement into a strategic advantage across our most strategic accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead executive engagement strategy. Define how Uniphore builds trusted relationships with the CEOs, CIOs, and executive buyers across a highly curated portfolio of our most strategic customer and prospect accounts, translating leadership priorities into high-impact engagement programs.

  • Create differentiated executive experiences. Design and execute executive briefings, dinners, summits, and bespoke engagements that deepen relationships and move strategic accounts forward.

  • Bring account strategies to life. Partner closely with sales leadership to align executive engagement with account priorities, creating tailored agendas, content, and experiences that support retention, expansion, and pipeline growth.

  • Elevate our thought leadership. Integrate Uniphore's vision, insights, and point of view into every executive interaction, ensuring each engagement delivers meaningful value.

  • Build executive communities. Curate peer-to-peer forums and leadership summits that foster dialogue among senior executives while strengthening Uniphore's executive network.

  • Amplify our marquee event presence. Lead executive engagement around flagship industry events, including the World Economic Forum, to create meaningful interactions and conversations.

  • Activate strategic partnerships. Collaborate with GSI and ecosystem partners to deliver joint executive programs that expand our reach and deepen relationships across shared accounts.

  • Scale the program. Build the playbooks, operating cadence, and measurement framework that make executive engagement a repeatable driver of customer retention, expansion, and growth.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in executive marketing, account-based marketing, executive engagement, or strategic account programs within enterprise SaaS or technology.

  • Proven success engaging CEOs, CIOs, and other C-suite executives and translating executive relationships into measurable business outcomes.

  • Executive presence and the judgment to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while confidently engaging with customer executives.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with executive audiences.

  • Experience partnering with GSI and ecosystem partners to develop joint executive engagement initiatives.

Hiring Range: $192,500–$240,750, plus a 15% company bonus and equity. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Hiring Pay Range:

Benefits:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
