This role is ideal for a strategic growth-oriented executor – one who pairs deep business process expertise with structured technology transformation leadership to design scalable, future-ready enterprise capabilities for manufacturing companies. The successful candidate will showcase:

  • Capacity to think at the enterprise level while delivering operational excellence.

About the Team:

Our IT team is composed of talented professionals who are recognized as some of the best in the industry. With a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence, the team continuously drives success by creating solutions that power our operations. Whether developing cutting-edge tools or supporting our infrastructure, the IT team is integral in helping us achieve our business goals.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:

Enterprise Platforms and Integrations

  • Provide enterprise-level leadership for business process and technology architecture, establishing standards across ERP and related enterprise platforms.
  • Define target-state process models (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, record-to-report) and ensure supporting systems are aligned.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to optimize end-to-end enterprise processes, governing how ERP and adjacent platforms are configured, integrated, and standardized across the portfolio.
  • Partner with business leaders to redesign and standardize enterprise workflows, embedding automation and controls that enable scalable growth.
  • Establish governance standards for enterprise system vendors and integration frameworks to ensure architectural consistency and long-term scalability.

Process Optimization and Delivery Excellence

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean and/or similar frameworks to streamline business processes for product manufacturing companies.
  • Govern large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring business process redesign precedes system configuration or enhancement.
  • Evaluate emerging automation, integration, and data capabilities to enhance enterprise process performance and visibility, without presupposing platform replacement.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead a team of enterprise business analysts to define standards, process and drive system changes.
  • Build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Represent IT as a trusted business partner and change agent focused on enabling growth and efficiency.
  • Model strategic thinking, accountability, and the ability to execute with precision and urgency.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise process architecture, systems transformation, and multi-entity integration environments.
  • Proven record of leading enterprise-wide process optimization initiatives across multiple business units, including post-acquisition integration.
  • Experience delivering automation that improve business outcomes.
  • Strong business process knowledge across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and logistics functions.
  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence, set direction, and deliver results methodically in a matrixed organization.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Experience in portfolio-wide system rationalization and consolidation strategy.
    • Demonstrated ability to design scalable operating models without mandating wholesale ERP replacement.
    • Financial acumen to evaluate ROI of enterprise transformation initiatives
    • Expertise in data analytics, middleware, and API-led integration frameworks.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma.
    • Exposure to cloud ERP systems and modern AI/ML platforms.
    • Excellent communication, executive presence, and change leadership skills.

    Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $217,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

    • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
    • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
    • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
    • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
    • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
    • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
