Our Director of New Business Development will be instrumental in growing our sales efforts and improving our position in the market. This leader will focus on cultivating positive relationships with new logo/prospects, acquiring new business, and fueling bold, measureable growth. They’ll play a pivotal role in growing our new logo pipeline and shaping the future of our enterprise sales success. About You:

  • You’re a resilient closer with an impressive track record of driving and sealing new business through experienced prospecting, persuasive pitching, skillful negotiating, and decisive selling.
  • Must possess a network that can be immediately called on to fill pipeline and bring in new business.
  • A natural connector and strong communicator, able to simplify sophisticated concepts into clear ideas, themes, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a tenacious drive for uncovering new business, backed by strategic account and territory mapping to identify and enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with a High EQ when relating to the business development cycle.
  • Adapt easily to a fast-paced constantly evolving business and work environment while leading multiple priorities.
  • History of being an individual contributor while laying the foundation to form a team.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the full sales cycle — prospect, discover, negotiate, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into OneMagnify customers.
  • Leverage industry relationships, channel partnerships, and outbound efforts to expand lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with prospects and client relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Build formal offers and present them to potential customers to drive close deals.
  • Report on the status of sales processes both directly and through our CRM.
  • Continuously evaluate the sales process, offering creative solutions and recommendations to optimize performance and client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including technical, delivery, and marketing to support the acquisition of new clients.
  • Deliver high levels of prospect and customer relationship management, happiness and interaction.
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge for all services and solutions.

What you’ll need:

  • 15 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience
  • Bachelors, Masters preferred
  • 10+ years of developing new business – from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Must be a closer! Able to close a minimum $2.5M in new logo through own prospecting, selling, negotiating, and selling.
  • Must be able to contribute individually with an eye on the future to potentially build a team
  • 10+ years working at marketing agencies and selling marketing services
  • 5+ years selling data services
  • Experience selling services to B2B/B2B2C and B2C clients
  • Must have current contacts/client list that can immediately be placed in OneMagnify’s sales pipeline with a high probability of closing
  • Must have sold at minimum 6 of the following services; Programmatic Media, Brand & Content, Paid Media, SEO, CRM & Social, eCommerce, MarTech, WebDev, AI Customer Value, Data Solutions, Performance, Management/BI, MD
