The role:

As Curri expands its offerings beyond logistics into platform solutions like Route Planner, we need a dedicated leader to professionalize this new vertical. This person will be solely responsible for the strategy, execution, and scaling of a new Enterprise Platform Sales department.

This is a rare opportunity to build a multi-million dollar business vertical within a fast-growing, established company. You won't be inheriting a machine; you will be the founder and architect of the Enterprise Platform Sales function, shaping the entire go-to-market strategy, defining the sales process, and hiring the initial team of enterprise reps. You will operate with high autonomy, backed by a successful leadership team, to drive a new phase of explosive growth for Curri. If you are a builder who thrives on measurable impact and wants to own a critical piece of the company's future, this is the role for you

What you will do:

  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Representatives, establishing the team's structure and culture.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Define, implement, and optimize the entire enterprise sales lifecycle for the route planner product, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Performance and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators and manage sales dashboards to provide a single source of truth for platform revenue, pipeline health, and team performance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Product Management on feature needs and roadmaps, and with Marketing to develop platform-specific messaging and enablement materials.
  • Deal Ownership: Personally lead and close a few foundational, complex enterprise deals to set the standard and provide hands-on insights for the new team.

What you need to have:

  • Strategic Builder: You have a proven track record of building a new sales division or major business unit from the ground up, not just optimizing an existing one.
  • Enterprise Sales Expert: Deep expertise in selling complex, high-ACV enterprise software/SaaS solutions (Route Planner, supply chain, logistics optimization is a strong plus), bonus if experience selling consumption based logistics solutions to distributors.
  • Operational Excellence: You are meticulous in designing and documenting scalable, repeatable sales processes, tools, and enablement programs.
  • Problem Solver: You are proactive in identifying resource gaps, pipeline risks, and cross-functional friction points, proposing and implementing solutions with urgency.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and can operate independently with minimal oversight while managing the unknowns of a new business line.

Bonus points:

  • Prior experience in Route Optimization, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management software.
  • Experience launching a completely new product/platform to the enterprise market.
  • Expertise in Sales Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Whats in it for you:

  • You will have the opportunity to work for a dynamic and successful start-up on a diverse team where you can make a huge impact by doing meaningful work.
  • Significant and meaningful responsibilities from Day 1, with the ability to shape our enterprise strategy. The possibilities are limitless and depend on you.
  • Work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. We don’t micromanage and want to help you do great work.
  • There is no work/life—there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your own personal development and don't expect you to always be engaged with work.
  • We offer a competitive salary, and benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision, 401K, and an equity compensation grant

Curri’s mission is to be the way the world delivers construction and industrial supplies. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
