Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We’re looking for a Director, Enterprise Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing efforts aimed at moving CompanyCam up-market. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable revenue impact by generating and accelerating the mid-market pipelines through a mix of ABX, outbound motions, strategic partnerships, and high-touch engagement. As a key member of our Marketing leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to closed-won revenue in the mid-market segment. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead a growing team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and shape CompanyCam’s trajectory in this new market segment.

Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States. Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity, but occasional travel to HQ will be required.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and own the strategy for enterprise/mid-market customer acquisition, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative, full-funnel marketing plans across digital, ABM, events, and partnerships to target and nurture high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns and feedback loops.
  • Drive enterprise pipeline through ABX initiatives, outbound campaigns, co-marketing programs, and improvements to incentives, and positioning.
  • Enable sales teams with content, insights, and marketing-driven opportunities to accelerate lead-to-revenue conversion.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing acquisition team, directly overseeing the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing and two Marketing Managers.
  • Establish clear KPIs for mid-market marketing performance, leveraging analytics to optimize and report on pipeline impact.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing mid-market and enterprise marketing.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting tools, and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce), with a data-driven approach.
  • A collaborative leadership style, capable of working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps to drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • A proven ability to manage and scale teams, with a track record of building high-performing marketing programs.
  • Experience in ABM/ABX, field marketing, or partner co-marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of the construction or field service industry preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Benefits & Compensation

Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska or the surrounding metro area. Employees are not required to work in the office on a regular cadence, but in-office attendance is encouraged.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with our Senior Web Content Strategist to ensure all content is optimized for SEO/GEO performance and aligned with CompanyCam’s overall content strategy.
  • Translate strategic plans into compelling content across various formats and distribution channels.
  • Maintain and update existing content as needed to reduce content debt and ensure accuracy, clarity, and continued relevance.
  • Respond to emerging content needs driven by new product releases or requests from teams like Sales, Support, or Customer Success, producing timely and relevant materials as needed.

  • Support the development of content strategies by staying up to date on what’s happening in the space we serve, trends in content across B2B and/or home service/contracting/construction, and competitive content.
  • Help shape content components of broader campaigns in collaboration with the larger Brand and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to special projects led by the content team, including the Good Contractor Podcast, the CompanyCam Community, and other campaigns as needed.
  • Be an engaged team member willing to assist where needed to keep cross-functional content initiatives running smoothly and creatively.
The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Write meaningful content that tells the stories of real contractors—the people building businesses, supporting families, and doing great work every day with the help of CompanyCam.
  • Collaborate with a small-but-mighty team of content pros—each bringing something unique to the table—to create smarter content that performs AND actually says something about the space we serve.
  • Create helpful, relevant content that addresses the real needs of contractors, improving their experience and helping them get more value from CompanyCam.
  • Bring strategic thinking, initiative, and curiosity to a small, fast-moving team, owning your work and contributing ideas that make our content stronger and smarter.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in content creation, editing, and strategy—ideally in a SaaS, tech, or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong writing skills with a solid editorial sensibility and an understanding of how to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, ClickUp, Notion) to inform decisions and stay organized with the broader Brand and Marketing team.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Team player who communicates well and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with a natural curiosity and strong sense of audience empathy.
  • Excited by content marketing trends (AI-assisted workflows, personalization, short-form video, etc.).
  • Flexible and adaptive in the face of changing priorities, tools, or creative formats.
  • Deep understanding of how high-quality content drives both customer engagement and business growth.
  • Confidence to share ideas, give feedback, or ask the right questions to move work forward.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
