The Director of Enterprise Analytics, will report to the VP of Analytics and will partner closely with GTM and Finance leadership to ensure they have the right data, reporting, and actionable insights to optimize revenue performance. The Director of Analytics sets the function’s strategic direction, overseas operations, drives successful delivery, and develops a high-performing team to achieve impactful results.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.

  • Proven track record of building and leading high performing analytics programs that support Sales and Customer Success.

  • Strong business acumen with expertise in translating complex data into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans that drive measurable results.

  • Solid experience in operational excellence, including process improvements, system optimization, and performance metric management.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally with peer leaders and teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence peers and upward using expertise and data insights, simplifying complex topics, and incorporating feedback into decisions.

  • Experience in leading strategic department initiatives in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments.

  • Proven success in building and developing high-performing teams.

What you can expect:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Enterprise Analytics team’s annual objectives and roadmap maintaining alignment with Sales and RevOps strategy. Analyze market/industry trends, emerging technologies, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategic direction.

  • Department Initiatives: Serve as the primary analytics partner to Sales and Customer Success while ensuring alignment with Marketing. Utilize this partnership to tell the story of our Sales funnel and B2B (Sales Assist) business. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve top line results for 1Password.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Cultivate trusted relationships with key cross-functional peers and teams to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, aligning objectives and initiatives to drive collective outcomes.

  • Operations: Evaluate the function’s current structure, practices, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance productivity and accountability.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and manage the function’s key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with overall Analytics objectives. Oversee performance tracking, hold teams accountable, and lead initiatives to optimize results, ensuring KPIs drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

  • Change Management: Partner with key leaders to plan, communicate, implement, and evaluate effective, integrated change initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team. Coach and mentor direct reports, maintain a deep understanding of the function’s talent, and implement plans to hire, develop and optimize talent for current business needs.

  • Culture and Org Health: Foster a high-performance culture that reflects company values, where psychological safety, agility, and ownership are the norms. Maintain a pulse on functional health and drive improvements to enhance the employee experience.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $214,000 USD and $290,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $203,000 CAD and $275,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
