Summary:
The Director of Engagement and Education will report into the National Engagement and Education Practice and will be responsible for leading and developing a team of client-focused Engagement Managers and Engagement Consultants that span various markets and/or regions. This role will drive adoption of OneDigital’s differentiated approach for impactful employee communication, population health, and overall engagement strategies. The Director of Engagement and Education will also be responsible for accelerating our reach and expansion of Engagement and Education efforts that strategically position our practice as a differentiator both internally and externally and help to influence growth, retention, and convergence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive adoption and consistency across the organization:
Effectively manage a team of direct reports and their teams, as well as the addition of future teams across the country
Ensure accountability that gauges to measure impact through current BOB management, SME leadership, and internal/external feedback
Facilitate ongoing training efforts, leadership updates and development of annual performance objectives
Maintain knowledge of all tools, solutions, capabilities, and ongoing enhancements as well as elevate opportunities for solutioning, and/or process improvement
Client first strategic execution:
Identify, coach, and support direct reports on existing business, capabilities, and finalist meetings
Ensure both communications and population health are well represented within client meetings
Ensure all direct reports are delivering annual strategies for all clients assigned to their book of business as well leveraging national partnerships that drive better utilization and metrics
Operational delivery:
Ongoing maintenance of capacity modeling and bob assignments
Drive business plan development and execution in each market
Maintain ongoing connections with local market sales and retention leadership teams to account for all market nuances
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Proven ability to lead teams through change and standardization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to develop and track KPIs and drive process improvements
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
Exceptional relationship building, client communication, and escalation management skills
Strong understanding of all engagement solutions across all OneDigital business lines
Willingness to travel 20%
Education, Training and Experience:
3-5 years of prior leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or relevant field
Life and Health Producers license a plus
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
