Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Enablement to lead our enablement strategy and execution across our revenue organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing programs that enhance the effectiveness of our sales, customer success, and revenue operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable enablement programs that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with Clearco's business objectives and growth targets

  • Lead the development of onboarding, training, and continuous education programs for all revenue-facing roles

  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and other enablement content

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue leadership to ensure messaging consistency and effective go-to-market execution

  • Build and optimize sales methodologies and frameworks that improve conversion rates throughout the revenue funnel

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and develop targeted coaching programs

  • Design and execute certification programs to ensure consistent application of sales methodologies and product knowledge

  • Partner with revenue operations to optimize CRM usage, reporting, and sales technology stack

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in revenue enablement

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or related roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity

  • Proven success building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth, B2B environments

  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS companies preferred

  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and best practices

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives

  • Data-driven approach with experience using enablement metrics to demonstrate ROI

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with sales enablement tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
